Since 2019, after 20 years in Finance and Operations, she started The Bedrock Program — impacting the future of education and the future of work.
What impact are you proudest of?
I have worked with over 300,000 students through a multitude of programs and venues to help create a future generation of “engaged” workforce.
What’s the achievement that stands out most?
With the Abu Dhabi Government to develop a strong career and university guidance framework based on principles with clear measurement criteria.
What makes your approach distinct?
The uniqueness is that I am working towards a stronger workplace through a values lens. It’s about the youth and the futures they will create, not me.
What advice would you give future women leaders?
Be open about how you will deliver your mission. New opportunities have shaped the impact of my work beyond expectations.
