Leadership is not about the title you hold — it is about the transformation you ignite. When you lead with courage, clarity, and genuine care for others, you don’t just build businesses; you build futures.
You’ve worked across six continents and several industries before becoming a coach and keynote speaker. What does that journey look like from the inside?
My leadership journey has never followed a straight line — and that has been its greatest strength. Beginning in corporate marketing and communications, I built my foundation across HR, global brands, CRM, and business performance, ultimately rising to Country Head of a technology firm. Each role stretched me across industries, cultures, and continents, shaping a leader who is as comfortable in boardrooms as on global stages.
Over time, I transitioned from leading within organisations to transforming them from the outside — as a coach, speaker, and innovation partner. Working with culturally diverse teams across six continents taught me that leadership is not about authority; it is about unlocking potential. Today, through keynotes, coaching programmes, and advisory engagements, I help leaders and organisations reimagine what is possible. My journey is proof that when women lead with courage and curiosity, they don’t just shape careers — they shape industries.
What impact are you proudest of through your work with Women Empowered Global and beyond?
My impact lives at the intersection of people and performance. I have designed and implemented Leadership Development programmes for companies across the industrial and business sectors, equipping leaders with the tools to navigate complexity, drive innovation, and build positive cultures that last.
Through innovation capability assessments, transformation coaching, and cultural agility frameworks, I have helped professionals across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and beyond to unlock measurable growth. As G100 Country Chair for DEI, I have championed inclusive leadership on a global scale, amplifying voices that are too often overlooked.
Beyond the corporate world, being one of 13 women from 13 countries featured in Women Going Global — launched during Global Entrepreneurship Week in the USA — reflects a broader mission: to inspire the next generation of women leaders to think globally, lead boldly, and build businesses that matter.
What’s the achievement you hold closest?
Among a career rich with milestones, being named recipient of the “Global CEO Top Businesswomen Award” last year, stands as a defining recognition — affirming over a decade of work done across continents, industries, and cultures. Yet my proudest achievement is not a single award, but the body of work behind it. Being featured in the US Presidential Magazine by the USPSC alongside The White House, appearing in the Lady Power Asia documentary film at its World Premiere for Women@Work, and being honoured by the Women Economic Forum as an “Exceptional Woman of Excellence” collectively represent a career built on genuine, global impact.
Above all, building a practice — from scratch — that now serves clients across six continents, while being recognised as a Top 10 International Women Speaker, is the achievement I hold closest. It was built not on privilege, but on purpose, persistence, and people.
What makes your approach to leadership development different?
What sets my impact apart is the rare combination of global reach and deeply personal transformation. I don’t simply consult — I partner. I don’t just speak — I shift perspectives. Having worked with culturally diverse leaders and organisations, I bring a 360-degree view of what leadership looks like in practice across vastly different contexts.
My uniqueness lies in bridging the analytical and the human: using innovation assessments, resilient frameworks, and performance tools while never losing sight of the person at the centre of every strategy. I hold space for leaders to be both ambitious and authentic — a delicate balance, but deeply needed.
As a woman who has navigated global stages, and entrepreneurial uncertainty, I lead by example. My impact is meaningful because it is lived, not just taught — and that authenticity is what creates lasting change.
What’s your advice for future women leaders?
First: stop waiting for permission. The world will rarely hand you the seat — build your own table if you must, and then invite others to sit at it.
Second, invest in your distinctiveness. In a world of noise, your unique perspective, lived experience, and authentic voice are your most powerful differentiators. Don’t smooth them away trying to fit in.
Third, embrace discomfort as data. Every stretch assignment, every room where you felt out of place, every setback — these are not detours from your leadership journey, they are the journey.
Fourth, build your network with intention and generosity. The individuals who lifted me didn’t see me as competition — they saw me as community. Be that person for others.
And finally: think globally from day one. The world is your stage. Lead with courage, lead with clarity, and never underestimate the scale of the difference you can make.
